Having a concern about network charge?
Network charges are part of the card network's foreign transaction fee, Visa. Regardless of the card type, this fee is applied to all non-MYR transactions. Be assured that the exchange rate you see on the Visa's calculator already includes their network charge.
Which currency should I choose while paying using my BigPay card?
If you are given the option, always choose the local currency in your travel area to enjoy the best exchange rate!
For example, if you are travelling in Thailand, always pay and choose the settlement in Thai Baht.
How about my online transaction? The same rule applies! If you are purchasing a ticket on a Singapore website, always pay in Singaporean Dollars.
