Good news for you! We have launched a new topup method which you can enjoy when your account is low in balance.
Here's the A-Z to perform a top-up for your BigPay account:
Step 1: After performing a login, tap on the "+" button in the home screen.
Step 2: Tap on the DuitNow banner right below:
Step 3: Select between DuitNow Transfer or DuitNow QR to display the relevant steps in completing the top up.
Step 4: On your banking app or website, proceed with the following:
- For a DuitNow transfer - Kindly choose the option of "Transfers" or any other similar naming for the DuitNow transfer.
For a DuitNow QR - Launch Bank QR scanner instead. - Select BigPay as the receiving bank/e-wallet.
- Authorize the transaction with OTP or Pin or any requirement validation by your own bank
Step 5: Once you have completed the transfer, tap on 'Complete' in your BigPay app and you should see this screen along with the top-up that has been credited to your BigPay account.
P.s.: If you notice the balance is not reflected, kindly refresh the app as the balance should be updated accordingly!
