[Top up] Why should I pay RM20 as the initial top up? 👛

In order to activate your account and get your BigPay cards, you will need to top up an initial amount of RM20 into your BigPay account.

It is a top-up to your new BigPay account and will be in your account for you to spend!

Once you have made the RM20 initial top up, you'll receive a virtual card: 

1. A virtual BigPay card (white card) - You can use it right away for your online payments. 🛒

2. A physical BigPay card (blue card) - If you have applied for a physical card and have completed the payment of RM20, you will receive it in your mailbox within 5-7 working days. 📬

Gentle reminder from us:

Unfortunately, we no longer support top-ups from non-Malaysian international debit card. With the economy not bouncing back as fast as it used to be, it has become a lot more expensive to sustain the process fee for your overseas debit card top up(Eff. 19/9/2022).You may kindly use an alternative top-up method such as

1. Local Bank transfer
2. Local Debit Card
3. Local or International Credit Card - Top up fee applies
