To be compliant with current regulations, we'll need your help to verify that you have a local bank account. It's pretty simple, please click on Local Bank Transfer or International Bank Transfer, and a pop-up will appear where you can make a top-up of RM1.
Rest assured that this is not a fee; the RM1 will go to your account as a top-up.
This exercise is to ensure all BigPay customers who use our bank transfer service has their very own local bank account that is governed by BNM. Ultimately, we're contributing in ensuring the financial activities in Malaysia's ecosystem are safe and sound.

Can I use the local or international transfer feature if I don't own a local bank account?
Unfortunately, bank transfers are only limited to those who have a Malaysian bank account at this time. However, we hear you and understand that not everyone has access to this. So we are working to make this more available in the near future.
