Yes! 😊 You can use a Credit Card that is not issued by a Malaysian bank to top up your BigPay account.
An acceptable card to be used for the top-up would be a Credit card issued by Mastercard or Visa.
However, it will amount to Malaysian Ringgit in your BigPay account. This is because the currency for your BigPay account will remain MYR, Malaysian currency.
We do kindly advise you to top up using your Malaysian bank account or debit/credit card to avoid any exchange fees charged by your issuing bank when topping up your BigPay card.
Unfortunately, we no longer support top-ups from non-Malaysian international debit card. With the economy not bouncing back as fast as it used to be, it has become a lot more expensive to sustain the process fee for your overseas debit card top up(Eff. 19/9/2022).
