"Oh no! My transaction is in "Pending" status, has the merchant received my payment?"
Not to worry! If your transaction is "Pending", it is a temporary status and would be further updated🙏
Your pending transaction is a payment that was processed successfully from our end but is still waiting for the merchant to either accept (Settled) or reverse it (Reversed/Released) within 10 days.
If you noticed the merchant mentioned that payment had failed, but the amount has been deducted, you should be receiving the refund within 10 days.
That said, if the transaction's status changes from Pending to Settled or the "pending" status has been more than 10 days, please do chat with us! We'll love to sort this out for you. 🙏
