[Transaction] What does a "Settled" Transaction mean? 🤔

"Has merchant received my payment?" "Was the amount credited to me?"

You should be seeing the "settled" transaction for the following two situation. 

• The merchant performed a settlement on your payment
• The merchant initiated a crediting to your BigPay card after a transaction settlement

a) The merchant performed a settlement on your payment 

Your settled transaction is a payment that the merchant has performed a settlement and has successfully claim the money from your BigPay account.

If the merchant has told you that the amount is not received, kindly chat with us and we would be ready to provide you the ARN number to allow the merchant to trace your payment in their payment portal. 

b) The merchant initiated a crediting to your BigPay card after a transaction settlement

This settled transaction is a credit that the merchant has initiated and the amount was credited back into your BigPay card as the payment source.
