We're sorry that you might've lost your card or that your card may be damaged. Not to worry, you can make a card replacement with a few clicks in your app! 📲
Replacing Physical Card
1. Go to the Card section.
2. On the screen with your physical card (blue card), click "Freeze Card".
3. Press on "Replace card".
4. The app would confirm the shipping address you wish to receive the new card.
5. Write your name on card and confirm the replacement.
The pictures below are what you would see during the process of replacing your card.
A RM20 will be charged for the replacement.
NOTE: You will only be able to do this once you have activated your card. How Do I Activate My Card?
Replacing Virtual Card
1. Go to the Card Section.
2. On the screen with your virtual card (white card), click "Freeze card".
3. Click on "Delete".
4. Click on the "+" button to add a new virtual card.
You can make a replacement for your virtual card once every month.
Note: Some accounts will not be granted a virtual account.
