We're truly sorry that your card is lost. If your card was active and you lost it, you can straight away make a card replacement in your app 💳
Kindly follow these steps for a card replacement:
1) Go to card section in app > Freeze card
2) Tap on 'Replace card'
3) The app would confirm the shipping address you wish to receive the new card.
4) You will straight away receive a virtual card (white card) which you can use for online transactions and you physical card (blue card) will arrive within 5-7 working days to your mailbox!
Card Lost in Transit
If you expected to get a renewal card, and it did not reach your mailbox, kindly contact out live agents, and let them know your new address. Our team will assist you with your card replacement 😉
