Here are some things you can check before reaching out to us:
1) Are you able to get the card from the old address?
2) Is there anyone that you may be able to ask to get the card?
If not, do chat with us or email us with your new shipping address.Β
Once we make a replacement, we will email you within 3 working days and your card should arrive within 5-7 working days into your mailbox π«

Wondering what would happen to your misdelivered card? No worries as the card is inactive during delivery process and it needs to be further activated via the app before any usage.Β
Once we process the replacement request, it would be further 'blocked' from our end and a new card details will be generated.
