a) A "Released" Status
A released transaction would mean the amount has been released back into your BigPay account from BigPay as we have not received the settlement request from the merchant upon the 10th transaction day.
b) A "Reversed" Status
A reversed transaction would mean the merchant has reversed the transaction amount from their payment portal as the transaction has failed or they decided to not proceed with the transaction.
For a transaction that either comes with a "Released" or "Reversed", you should notice an increase in the account balance upon the crediting process.
