For any cancellations, the merchant would be the crediting party to your BigPay account. Usually this would take from 1 to 14 working days (not including weekends or public holidays). However, ultimately it would depend on the merchant.ย
For example, you made a top up to another eWallet but the transaction was unsuccessful, and your money is deducted in BigPay. Not to worry - This should take about 1-3 working days to be refunded to your BigPay account.ย
This is how it would look like in your app if the transaction is refunded for two scenarios covered below:
1. Merchant performed a settlement on the initial transaction and completed a refund. This resulted in two transactions recorded on your BigPay app:ย ย ย

2. The merchant 'reversed' the transaction from their end on the initial transaction. This resulted in only one transaction recorded on your BigPay app:
