[Virtual Card] How Do I Get a Virtual Card? 💳

Do give this article a read on how to get a virtual card.

If you do not have a white card which is the Virtual Card in your app, you can get it with a few clicks 😉

However, you need to make sure your account checks this list:

1) You have a Visa card that is "Active".

2) Your physical Visa card is not on the way.

3) You don't have a Visa Virtual card yet. 

Getting a Virtual Card

You can swipe left on your "Card" section, where you will see a "+" button, such as the picture below. You can press it and you will straight away get a Virtual Card to use! 

   

Simply click on "Show details" to start using your card 💳

Why should I create a virtual card?

If you're a new user, creating a virtual card allows you to start spending online.

Virtual cards are a great way to keep your physical and digital spending separate if you're an existing user. 

You'll be able to filter your transactions on your home screen and see where you spent with which card. If you're replacing your physical card, having a virtual card will allow you to keep using your BigPay account during the process 😉

Note: If you want to replace your Virtual Card, you can only Delete and Add a new card once a month.
