Hey there - wondering what the white card in your app is?

Here's the answer - it's a virtual card!

If you're a new user, creating a virtual card allows you to start spending online.

Virtual cards are a great way to keep your physical and digital spending separate if you're an existing user. 

You'll be able to filter your transactions on your home screen and see where you spent with which card. If you're replacing your physical card, having a virtual card will allow you to keep using your BigPay account during the process.

How to use the Virtual Card?

You can go to your app > click on "Card balance" > swipe to see your Virtual Card > click on "Show details".

You will see your card number, expiry date and CVV number. As for the name on the card, it will be the same as your Physical Card 😉

My Virtual Card and Physical Card have different numbers.

Yes, that's correct. The two cards have different numbers, but the account is the same. This means that the balance is synced together. When you spend or top-up, the balance will be the same for both cards 💳

Can I replace my Virtual Card?

You may replace and create a new Virtual Card once a month as long as your Physical Card is active.
