Step 2: Tap 'Buy MyCTOS Score Report' and review your payment details
Step 3: Once purchased, you can view and download your MyCTOS Score Report directly in the BigPay app
Do I need to repurchase MyCTOS Score Report?
Your MyCTOS Score Report is valid for thirty (30) days starting from the day of purchase. You will be able to see the status by going to CTOS Report > Buy report > Your score summary.
Once it expires and labelled as 'Inactive', you may renew it again by going through the same process.
How do I use a promo code for my MyCTOS Score Report?
If you have the promo code in hand, just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Tap 'Buy MyCTOS Score Report'
Step 2: Review details and tap 'Have a promo code?' to apply the promo code
Step 3: Once entered, tap 'Apply' and the discount will be applied automatically!
Why isn’t my MyCTOS Score Report appearing after purchase?
Once payment is made, it may take some time for us to generate the report.
You can check the status by going to Dashboard > Your score summary. 'Processing' means your report is still being generated. Once it changes to 'Active', you'll be able to view your score and download the report.
