If you are seeing the transfer status as "Review in progress" instead of "Pending" after submitting the transfer request in your BigPay app:
"Review in progress" means that our team is working on some checks to ensure that your transfer is secure and safe. Not to worry, no funds have been taken out from your BigPay account during this time.
To complete the review, kindly check out your email for an email with the title: BigPay Remittance: Review in Progress and reply the email. If we have not receive any response from you within seven days, the transfer will be cancelled.
Gentle Reminder: If you have received an email with the title "BigPay Remittance: Review Complete", it means our dedicated team has completed the review and you can proceed with a new transfer with the exact same transfer details. 📧
