After performing the bank transfer, kindly advise the recipient to look out for the bank statement after the process time above for the credit record.
The status in your BigPay app would be updated from 'Pending' to 'Delivered' in 2-3 working days after the crediting process has been completed.
Hence, our reminder is to ask your recipient to check their bank account balance to know if the credit is in, despite BigPay's status showing 'Pending' 📲
