If you had make a transfer or tried to receive a transfer but it doesn't go through, here's the common reasons why the transfer between BigPay users might failed:
- The phone number is not a registered BigPay user
- The BigPay card has expired
- The freeze card button is active in the BigPay card for sender/recipient
- The transfer amount exceeded the balance limit
- The recipient is not in the same product as your account. BigPay Malaysia user transferring to BigPay Singapore user or vice versa.
