If you have cancelled your subscription, but you're still getting charged for it, it could be that this is the last charge for the period of your subscription. However, we truly understand if this is frustrating.
You can firstly reach out to the merchant's customer service agent to ask them to remove your payment details and initiate a refund. Any refunds will be issued by individual merchants and not by BigPay 🙏
No worries if there is no satisfactory answer replied by the merchant, just let us know and we will be glad to further assist. All you need to do is to fill up the dispute form attached.
