When you press "Login" on your BigPay app, you will need to put in your phone number. After receiving the Login Link and clicking on it, you will then be prompted to put in your passcode. Here, you can tap on the 'FORGOT?' in the passcode screen.
Just follow these simple steps to begin:
1. Tap ‘Forgot passcode’ at the bottom of passcode entry screen.
2. Answer the TWO (2) security questions correctly and tap ‘Submit’.
3. Create and reconfirm your new passcode.
Reminder: your new passcode cannot be any of the previous 7 passcodes you have used.
For a better experience in completing a passcode reset, kindly make sure your app version is up to date, and your login phone number is your registered number with BigPay.
