In order to activate your account and get your BigPay cards, you will need to top up an initial amount of RM20 into your BigPay account.
The RM20 is not a fee, but it will actually be in your account for you to spend! It is a top up to your new BigPay account.
Once you have made the RM20 initial top up, you'll receive the following cards:
1. A virtual BigPay card (white card) - You can use it right away for your online payments. 🛒
2. A physical BigPay card (blue card) - You will receive it in your mailbox within 5-7 working days. 📬

Unfortunately, we no longer support top-ups from non-Malaysian international debit card. With the economy not bouncing back as fast as it used to be, it has become a lot more expensive to sustain the process fee for your overseas debit card top up(Eff. 19/9/2022).You may kindly use an alternative top-up method to complete the initial top-up such as
- Local Bank transfer
- Local Debit Card
- Local or International Credit Card
