We're truly sorry for the issue you're facing with your card activation. If you are facing an error message, it could be that you might have inserted the incorrect code or that you have exceeded the 3 tries to activate the card.
When activating the card, the app will ask for your 3 digit CVC number. Kindly input the "Security Code" at the back of your card. It is located as shown in the picture below:
