We're very excited that you would like to register an account with BigPay! 💙
Here are the steps to register to BigPay:
1) Download our app and click "Sign Up".
2) Pick the country you are residing in.
3) Fill up your mobile number, click on the link sent to your SMS (that's the Login Link/OTP), and create a 6 digit passcode.
Next, review and agree to the terms and conditions. Kindly double check your details for any typos 😉
4) Fill up your address. Please note that you can enter 2 addresses - one is for your home address, and one is for your shipping address (where we will send your card). Kindly make sure your home address is a residential lot. Your shipping address can be the same address, or your office building.
If you have a different shipping address, please click on "Send to different address" and input the other address.
5) If you have a referral code, please fill it up here. Don't skip it as you will not get to input it again later!
6) Submit the original picture of your NRIC or Passport. Please make sure it is clear, unedited, and with no glare.
7) You will then have to take a video selfie for verification. Please follow the instructions in the app and make sure you are the only one in the screen. Don't worry, this video is only for verification purposes.
And that's it! You will now have to wait for about 48 hours for our team to look into your application. You will be notified in your app whether you are verified or not. 😊
Once you are, kindly top up RM20 into the app by pressing on the "+" button. You can make your initial top up using your debit/credit card or bank transfer. This RM20 will be your balance to spend in the BigPay wallet 👛.
