[DuitNow] How Do I Deactivate My DuitNow ID with BigPay? 🚫

In this article, we will be sharing with you the steps if you wish to:

• temporarily stop receiving transfers via DuitNow ID
  OR
• completely terminate the feature of DuitNow

If you wish to temporarily stop receiving transfers via DuitNow ID

1. After performing a login, tap on the top left circle to access 'Setting' and select 'DuitNow'

      

2. To temporarily stop receiving transfers via DuitNow or to make the status inactive, kindly tap on the green button.
   
3. Proceed by keying in the 6 digit OTPs to complete the verification process.
4. The app would lead you to a greyed-out button to indicate that the feature is inactive.
   
   
   

If you wish to completely terminate the feature of DuitNow: 

1. To completely terminate the DuitNow account, kindly tap on the "Cancel DuitNow ID" button after ensuring the BigPay DuitNow ID status is the same as the below: 
   
   
   
2. Kindly proceed tapping the "Confirm" button on the pop-out message. 
   
   
   
3. Proceed by keying in the 6 digit OTPs to complete the verification process.
4. The app would lead you to the next screen of "successful" message to indicate the de-registration has been completed.
