If your card is expired, we would have sent you a renewal card a few months before. Kindly check your app, go to "Card" and swipe left.
You will find that there is a Visa card in your app. This is your renewal card.
If the status of your card delivery is "Delivered" in your BigPay app, and you haven't received your card, please check the steps below:
1) Check if your shipping address is correct. Go to Settings > Profile > Personal Details.
2) Check your mailbox. 📫
3) Check with your family members/friends, if they have taken the card for you.
If you're unable to find your renewal card, you can also reach out to us via in-app chat and we'll process a card replacement for you.
Once we have processed a replacement, we will email you within 3 working days and your card should arrive within 5-7 working days into your mailbox.
