If the status of your card delivery is "Delivered" in your BigPay app, and you haven't received your card, please check the steps below:
1) Check if your shipping address is correct.
2) Check your mailbox. 📫
3) Check with your family members/friends, if they have taken the card for you.
If you have done the above, and you still can't find your card, you can try going to https://teleport.delivery/track?tracking_number= or https://www.citylinkexpress.com/ to check whether your card is truly delivered.
For card delivery by CityLink Express, you can click on the "Proof of Delivery" button and insert your registered BigPay phone number at the space of "consignee contact number"
For card delivery by Teleport, you can click on the "Proof of Delivery" button and insert the last 6 digit of your registered BigPay phone number:
