Thank you for your interest in applying for a BigPay account. Here's the step-by-step to have your account verified.
1st Stage: NRIC/Passport Submission
Step 1: You should be noticing the following screen in your BigPay app. If you are a Malaysian and holding a valid IC, kindly select the button "IC".
Meanwhile, you can also choose if you wish to submit a passport instead by tapping "Passport".
Step 2: If you selected to submit the NRIC, kindly take a photo of the front of your NRIC and tap continue. Repeat the steps to submit the back of your NRIC as well.
If you selected to submit the passport, kindly take a photo of your passport details page and tap "Continue".
Reminder: Take the photo with your actual NRIC/Passport instead of a scanned/digital copy.
2nd Stage: Selfie
You should be noticing the following screen to take your selfie.
Kindly take a photo after ensuring only you are visible in the section and your face is fully visible.
Reminder: If you are wearing any mask, kindly remove it before taking the photo.
3rd Stage: Video Selfie
You should be noticing the following screen to take your video selfie.
Step 1: Kindly ensure that you perform the following steps in the video:
- Follow the instruction on the screen to look left/right.
- Read out the 3 numbers on the screen.
Step 2: Tap on the button "Submit Video" to upload your video for our review.
Once all the three stages have been completed, you should be receiving the message "Verification in progress" and the result should be updated within 48 hours after your document submission.
