Having trouble updating your phone number in the BigPay App?
Fret not, we got you! 🤗
It's simple! Just follow the below steps:
1. Access your profile at the top left of your homepage.
2. Tap ‘Edit profile’ under your name, enter your new mobile number, and hit ‘Next’.
3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number and you’re done!
Additionally, you'll be able to update your email, preferred name, and shipping address on this page too.
