Physical Card Activation
Yay! We're happy that you've received your card in the mail 📫
All we have to do now is activate it, and it is really simple!
After opening your BigPay app, go to the Card section and click on "I have received my card".
Once there, insert the 3 digits 'SECURITY CODE' (a.k.a. CVC) behind your Visa card for activation as shown in the picture:
Afterwards, you should be able to set the PIN for this new card for your upcoming purchases over the counter.

Virtual Card Activation
The virtual card is the white card in your app which you'd get as soon as you make your initial top up of RM20. If you don't see it after activating your physical card, swipe left 💳
Best part is: It's already activated!
