Your BigPay account is now enabled with DuitNow QR transfer feature!
Look out for QR codes that are usually in pink colour and here’s the A-Z to perform a transaction with the merchant or recipient:
Step 1: Login to your BigPay account and tap on 'QR scanner'
Step 2: Kindly use the app QR scanner and scan the merchant’s or recipient's DuitNow QR code they have displayed.
Step 3: Once the QR code is detected, kindly key in the amount of the transaction and tap ‘Pay’.
Step 4: Further proceed with keying in the 6 digit app passcode or authorize the payment using biometrics such as Face ID or Fingerprint.
Step 5: Once the transaction is completed, you will receive the receipt with “Payment successful” indicated and the merchant should have received your payment.
