Your BigPay account is now enabled with the Alipay+ QR payment feature!
Now, you can spend abroad with any merchant that accepts Alipay+ by using the BigPay app, a faster and more seamless way to pay.
Look out for QR codes by Alipay+ during your trip and here’s the A-Z to perform a transaction with the merchant:
Step 1: Login to your BigPay account and Select “QR”.
Step 2: Kindly use the app QR scanner and scan the Alipay+ code they have displayed.
Step 3: Once the QR code is detected, kindly key in the amount of the transaction if the merchant has not pre-determined the amount for you.
Step 4: Kindly authorise the transaction with the in-app authorisation button.

Step 5: Once the transaction is completed, you will receive the receipt indicating 'transaction successful' and the merchant should have received your payment.
