We have a scheduled system upgrade from 11:50AM, 7th August 2024 to 3:00AM, 8th August 2024 (GMT+8). During this period, all BigPay services will be temporarily unavailable including your BigPay Visa card and the BigPay app.
What’s new after the upgrade?
SMS no more, say goodbye to waiting! You can now approve payments right on the BigPay app when paying with your BigPay Visa Card.
Here's how to do so:
1. After performing a payment with the merchant, you'll receive a notification message, as illustrated below:
2. Tap on the notification message, and our BigPay app will guide you to the payment confirmation page.
P.s.: update your BigPay app to version 3.0.4. for a smoother payment journey.
3. On the payment confirmation page, you can choose to either press the "Approve" button to confirm the payment or the "Reject" button if you wish to decline it.
