There will be a scheduled system upgrade from 11:50AM, 7th August 2024 to 3:00AM, 8th August 2024 (GMT+8) and all BigPay services will be temporarily unavailable, including your BigPay Visa card and the BigPay app.
Here’s a small action we would need you to complete for a smooth payment journey:
You will need to update your card PIN to continue using the BigPay card — that’s it! Here's how to do so:
1) Login to your account
2) Click on the 'Card balance' tab
3) Click on "Change Pin" at the bottom of the list
4) Set your card PIN
