Once the payment has been made, you will receive the Asean Explorer Pass within 5 working day, credited by the AirAsia MOVE Team to your AirAsia account. Do check if you have received the confirmation email for the Asean Explorer Pass purchase or visit AirAsia MOVE app to see if the pass has been awarded to your account.

Reminder: Its one-year validity starts from the credit date. 

The account details to receive the Asean Explorer Pass would be based on the following details linked with your BigPay account: 

1. BigPay x AirAsia MOVE linked wallet. 

2. Linked AirAsia Points Loyalty Account (only if you have not linked your BigPay wallet on the AirAsia Move app).
