For a full payment option, kindly follow the steps below to begin the purchase after updating your BigPay app to version 2.74.3:

Step 1. Select 'Asean Pass' from the 'Explore' tab and tap on 'Select payment method' 

         

Step 2. Select 'Pay in full' and kindly review the AirAsia MOVE ID to ensure the Asean Explorer Pass is credited to the correct account. 

            

That's all! You will receive the Asean Explorer Pass within 5 working day, credited by AirAsia MOVE Team. Its one-year validity starts from the credit date.
