To enjoy the discount, we offer two payment methods for this purchase:

1. Instalment via loan repayment. 

2. Full payment.

For an instalment option, kindly follow the steps below to begin the purchase after updating your BigPay app to version 2.74.3:

Step 1. Select 'Asean Pass' from the 'Explore' tab and tap on 'Select payment method' 

   

Step 2. Select 'Pay in instalments' and review the loan offer before tapping 'Apply for this loan'. 

Gentle reminder: Kindly review the AirAsia MOVE ID to ensure the Asean Explorer Pass is credited to the correct account. 

           

Step 3: You will be required to complete the authorisation to allow us to deduct the amount once your loan is approved and pass it over to AirAsia MOVE Team. 

Step 4: Kindly fill in the remaining section to complete the loan application and review the information inputted before submitting the application to us. 

Step 5: Kindly allow us 1 working day to review your loan application. Once your application is approved, you are given 30 days to consider on the loan acceptance.

Gentle reminder: We might be reaching out to you to request additional documents if needed. 

Step 6: Once you sign the agreement, the loan will be disbursed and debited to AirAsia MOVE. 

              

That's all! You will receive the Asean Explorer Pass in 5 working day credited by AirAsia MOVE Team. Its one-year validity starts from the credit date.
