Here is some additional information we think you should know before purchasing the insurance:
1. All BigPay users (between 18 and 70 years old) are eligible to purchase and be insured under this insurance.
2. Any non-Malaysians who wish to purchase or be insured under this insurance must be a Malaysian permanent resident, work permit holder, pass holder or otherwise legally employed in Malaysia or legally residing in Malaysia.
3. The coverage of 1 year begins upon successfully purchasing the insurance.
4. This insurance will not be auto-renewed after its expiry.

How will I know if my purchase is successful?
To confirm your purchase is successful, kindly check that:
1. You have received the purchase confirmation email from Allianz at the provided email address during purchase. You should receive the confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. Do also check your spam folder if you have not received the email.
2. The Certificate of Insurance, including the policy number, is included in the purchase confirmation email, and all personal information is correct. If you do not receive the purchase confirmation email after 1 hour of purchase, kindly send an email to melissatan@senangpks.com.my, and you will be updated within one working day.
