With the status of ‘Pending’, it looks like there is a technical error for the merchant to process your QR payment. We are truly sorry about it!
In this circumstance, 2 outcomes could happen:
1. The money to be refunded to your BigPay by the merchant after 24 hours, or;
2. The payment will be processed by the merchant and succeed the transaction.
Considering you might be at the storefront, please consider paying again with your BigPay Visa card (if available) or any other debit/credit card if the cashier deems to have not received the payment.
IMPORTANT: Please keep the payment receipt, in case a double payment is made!
