Starting from 2nd May 2023 onwards, the blue physical card will no longer be issued automatically during your registration. It will only be given upon request, along with an RM20 issuance fee charged to your account balance.
You may kindly check the 'Card' section BigPay app to check if you have received a virtual white card instead.

If you require a physical blue card to perform your daily transactions, you may kindly apply for a physical card under the 'Card' section. For the blue physical card issuance, an RM20 will be charged on your account balance. Look out for the following message in your app to begin the order:
