I have completed the 6-digit card pin for my physical card. What should I key in with a merchant who requested 4 digit PIN instead?
Just key in the first 4 digits, and it will perform the magic.
For example: if you have set 123456 as your pin. Suppose a merchant has requested a 4-digit pin, key in 1234 to authorise your transaction.
Which currency should I choose while paying using my BigPay card?
If you are given the option, always choose the local currency in your travel area to enjoy the best exchange rate!
For example, if you are travelling in Thailand, always pay and choose the settlement in Thai Baht.
